District Judge Steve Jones rejected a request by Donald Trump’s former White House chief of staff, Mark Meadows, to transfer his Georgia election case from the state to federal court. Claire Finkelstein is the Algernon Biddle Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. She is also the founder and faculty director of the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law (CERL). Read her bio here.
