Should Philadelphia brace for a ‘federal takeover’?

CERL’s Professor Claire Finkelstein spoke with KYW Newsradio about President Trump’s deployment of the National Guard to Washington, D.C. Professor Finkelstein also shared with WHYY that while it is illegal for President Trump to take control of police forces in Philadelphia, he may in certain circumstances have the legal authority to federalize the National Guard in Pennsylvania (read here).
