CERL joins the University community in welcoming Dr. Michael C. Horowitz, member of CERL’s Affiliated Faculty, back to his role as director of Perry World House and Richard Perry professor in the Department of Political Science. Horowitz took a two-year service leave to work for the U.S. Department of Defense in standing up the Emerging Capabilities Policy Office.
