At the end of June, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights held the third 2026 Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting to discuss how to better implement commitments to prevent torture and ill-treatment. At the event, CERL Advisory Council Member Mark Fallon gave a talk on the science of interrogation and the recent history of interrogation tactics in the United States.
Mark Fallon is the co-founder of Project Aletheia at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, director of ClubFed, LLC, and a member of the CERL Advisory Council.
