Brigadier General (Ret.) John Baker joined the host of Public Defenseless Podcast, Hunter Parnel, to discuss Guantánamo Bay, the work of the Military Commissions Defense Organization (MCDO) defense counsel, and the importance of upholding the rule of law.

BGen Baker is the Federal Public Defender for the Western District of North Carolina. He is also a member of the CERL Executive Board.
