In an appearance on MS NOW, CERL Affiliated Faculty Member Kermit Roosevelt talks about the history of birthright citizenship, the likelihood of the Supreme Court overturning birthright citizenship, and his concerns about other legal challenges and theories the Trump administration has put forth that may jeopardize the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments.
Kermit Roosevelt is the David Berger Professor for the Administration of Justice and a member of CERL’s Affiliated Faculty at the University of Pennsylvania. Read his bio here.
