CERL mourns the death of Captain Robert G. Fuller Jr., Esq., a longtime friend and benefactor to the Center  

Claire Finkelstein, faculty director of CERL, is quoted by Stateline, where she points out that the use of one state’s National Guard units in another state without the say-so from the second state’s governor raises serious 10th Amendment issues. She goes further by likening such actions to a foreign invasion, highlighting the seriousness of the situation. 

Claire Finkelstein is the Algernon Biddle Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy and Faculty Director of the Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law at the University of Pennsylvania. Read her bio here
