Benjamin Farley, member of CERL’s Advisory Council, spoke with NPR about President Donald Trump’s deployments of the National Guard to aid in immigration enforcement. He explained the reaction to the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement tactics is being used as a “pretext” for sending the National Guard to U.S. cities.
