Joseph Votel is quoted in an Al Arabiya English article discussing the U.S. posture toward the Houthis, noting that a broad strategy spanning economic, military, and diplomatic responses will be necessary to deter Houthi attacks on vessels in the Red Sea, a major conduit for global shipping.
