CERL’s Prof. Claire Finkelstein joined a delegation of approximately 30 professors on a mission to Israel to meet with senior dignitaries, academic leaders, medical professionals, and families of the individuals taken hostage in Gaza. The group met with President Isaac Herzog and the First Lady at their residence upon arrival. An article for The Jerusalem Post details the delegation’s itinerary and their objectives and includes reflections from Prof. Finkelstein.
