CERL Executive Board Member Shawn Turner was the guest of honor at the Kalamazoo Detachment’s Marine Corps 250th Anniversary event in Parchment, Michigan. A 21-year veteran, he discussed the meaning of sacrifice and how it should be honored on Veterans Day. We at CERL thank Shawn and all other veterans for their service to their country.

Shawn Turner is a Professor of National Security Communication at Michigan State University and is also the general manager of WKAR Public Media. He is also a member of the CERL Executive Board. Read his bio here
