Dr. Ilya Rudyak, nonresident Senior Fellow at CERL, is the co-author of a new report issued by the Civil Commission on October 7th Crimes by Hamas against Women and Children detailing the atrocities committed by Hamas against Israeli civilians. The report urges the adoption of a new term, “Kinocide,” to describe a unique kind of violence involving the “weaponization of families and the exploitation of familial bonds.”

Dr. Rudyak is the Head of Research at the Civil Commission and a nonresident Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law. Read his bio here.
