CERL’s nine-week summer internship program provides law, graduate, and undergraduate students interested in the national security field with an ethics and rule of law foundation to help inform future perspectives, leadership, and decision-making. CERL’s 2023 interns worked on a range of projects, from producing a white paper on the Department of Defense’s (DoD) Program for Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response Action Plan (CHMR-AP) to surveying the state of civic education in the U.S. Armed Forces, the Annenberg Public Policy Center details in a new web post.
